About CountUsDown

CountUsDown makes one link that brings people to the same moment, wherever they are.

A birthday across three time zones, a product launch with a remote team, a game night, a wedding, New Year's Eve with family on the other side of the world. Make a countdown, send the link, and everyone watches the same clock reach zero together.

What makes it different

• Everyone hits zero at the same instant. Every clock is checked against our server's time, so devices with slightly wrong clocks still finish together.
• Each person sees it in their own language. The page speaks 34 languages and shows dates and times the way each viewer reads them.
• You decide when it starts. Timers and held countdowns wait for the host, so the start is a moment of its own.
• No accounts, no app. It works in any browser, on any phone, laptop or TV.

Who makes it

CountUsDown is made by Nichesmith, a small Los Angeles studio that builds simple, focused tools for the web. It is free and supported by ads, which never appear in a countdown's final minute or at zero.
